How we do it:

When your organization is ready for a world-class production for a price anyone can justify, drop us a line. We'll schedule a meeting and sit down to discuss exactly what your needs are. Depending on a time of delivery and your budget, we'll spend some time coming up with the perfect concept for your needs. Once you approve the idea, we move forward with pre-production. We'll present you with a quote, at which point a deposit of 50% is due. Both parties are protected by a written contract.

Pre-production can be as simple as writing a script and lining up a crew or as involved as casting calls and building sets. As the client, you are welcome to sit in on all casting decisions.

The heavy lifting comes around on the day of production. Following the approved script, we capture the moment. Depending on the complexity of the story we're telling, our crew will scale from a small team of three or four individuals to as many as a few dozen-- whatever it takes to get the story shot on time and under budget. Once we have everything we need captured, we move into post-production.

Post-production is where the story really comes together. The complexity of this stage varies, but we'll have a rough cut for you as soon as possible; in most cases, within days. We'll assemble what we feel is the best possible outcome, but the rough cut will give you an opportunity to critique the basics of the message. We'll ask questions to make sure you're satisfied so far, such as: Do you feel we're telling the story that was approved?; Is there anything you don't approve of. Keep in mind, the timing of the edit is not finalized, color-correction hasn't been begun and visual effects are first drafts.

Once we agree that the storyline is heading in the right direction, we'll continue with post production and finalize the edit. At this point, we'll present you with the final edit. You'll have two opportunities to critique the edit and we'll discuss any changes you'd like make.

The final step of the process depends on the presentation method. Whether the final product is destined for television, the web, digital or film projection, or DVD/Blu-ray, we've got you covered. We'll deliver on the preferred format, and we can even discuss web hosting needs.

If you are in the market for a high-quality, affordable video product that engages your audience to make the next step with your organization, drop us a line and let us get to work for you.
